La diferencia esta semana es que apenas he puesto harina integral, sólo la que llevaba la masa madre. Como este tipo de masas es muy fácil de manejar, ésta vez si he amasado.
This is the loaf for this weekend. This time I used very little wholemeal flour just what was in the sourdough. And because this type of dough is really nice to work with, I kneaded the dough. I don't usually knead because I just don't have enough time for this or sometimes I just don't feel like doing it. Another reason is that I usually put a lot of rye flour and with this type of flour is very difficult to knead the dough.
