Tarta de Queso para una Merienda

Hace unas cuantas semanas mi madrina nos reunión a las sobrinas y a sus hijas a una merienda.  Yo llevé una tarta de queso .  Me gusta mucho hacer esta tarta de queso en verano porque es muy fácil de hacer y muy fresquita.  Yo no le hago ni base de galletas ni la recubro con mermelada porque así está muy bien y para mi gusto no le hace falta.

 

 

 

 

A couple of weeks ago my aunt and godmother invited her daughters and her nieces to her house.  I brought a cheesecake.  You can find the recipe here http://lastardesdeana.blogspot.com.es/2012/07/tarta-de-queso-y-magdalenas.html.  One of my cousin gave me this recipe and it is perfect for summer.  It is really easy to make and very quick.  I don't do the base with cookies and butter and I don't cover it with jam, I think like this is really delicious and it doesn't need anything else.
