Ajoblanco a mi manera

This is a very nice recipe for summer.  The main ingredients are:  ground almonds, garlic, olive oil (not strong olive oil), vinegar, salt and water.

I usually don't measure what I add, this time I think I put like 70 gr of ground almond, 2 garlic cloves, a splash of olive oil and then I mixed altogether.  I add salt and vinager and I mixed again and the last thing I add was water.

You have to taste it in case it needs more garlic or more salt or more vinegar.  When it is finished I put it in the fridge because it should be cold when you have it. (I hope I am making sense).  I use a glass bottle I have because it is very convinient as you have to shake the ajoblanco when you want to have it.

You can have it like a soup or drink it in a small glass.  In Andalucia, that is where I live, it is served with grapes and you also add some old bread to the mix.  But I do prefer it this way.
