This is another bread I had to make for myself.  The other two where for two parts of my family.  The process is the same as the other ones.  The only difference is that I have mixed these two flours.  The ingredients for this bread are:  200 gr Hovis Wholemeal flour, 100 gr Hovis Granary flour, 240 gr water, 124 gr sourdough and 5 gr. salt.  I mixed the ingredients at night, put it in the fridge.  In the morning I formed it and put it in the bake tin and let in the fridge again.  In the evening I put it in the oven at 250º C during 25 minutes and the rest of the time (another 25 minutes) at 220ºC.  When I took it out I put a cloth on top of it while it cools in order to make it softer.   I did like it very much.  It is the first time I use this combination of flours.
